The bar-lounge has a snooker table and a large dining room from which diners overlook the course. This is an area to relax in after a round of golf accompanied with a drink and a meal in friendly surroundings.

An extensive menu is provided for guests and members. The catering franchisee has gained an excellent reputation for her home cooking. We also cater for individual guests, visiting parties, wedding receptions and many other types of event.

All by prior arrangement with the Club Manager or Club Secretary. See Contact Us for details.

The club President Mr Frank Grenfell has been a member at Newbiggin for well over 60 years. He has recently donated to the club a splendid Clock Tower and Weather Vane which has been erected on the roof of the clubhouse. It has two clock faces, one facing the car par to assist late arrivals for a game and the other facing the 1st tee box to assist with the official start times for our golfers. This generosity is much appreciated by the members of the club. See the picture below.
